As a new customer, I have nothing but praise for Ms. Meghan and Ms. Andrea who served and followed up with me in a professional and timely fashion. They both assisted and resolved an issue I had with the size of the glasses that were ordered. They went out of their way to expedite the resolution and ensured that I was satisfied with their product. I am a senior citizen (and have seen it all, almost), but these young ladies have what it takes in providing quality customer service. Quite possibly the best eye-glass shopping experience I've ever had. Dr. Raj gave me an excellent and thorough eye exam, explaining things every step of the way. And my glasses were ready minutes after my appointment with her was over. Very stylish frames and a super reasonable price. Had the intention of just getting one pair, but already thinking I might go back soon to buy one or two back up pairs in a different colour. Very impressed overall.
